Ingo Schweder

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Injecting fresh ideas and professional management into the rapidly expanding wellness hospitality sector, Ingo Schweder brings together more than 30 years of experience in the spa and hospitality industries. He leads the multidisciplinary teams at GOCO Hospitality and Horwath HTL Health and Wellness to strategise, conceptualise, design and manage the latest wellness developments for the world’s top hospitality and real estate brands. From individual hotel spas to dedicated wellness resorts and master planned mixed-use developments, Ingo’s experience and insights have taken over 400 projects worth more than $1.4 billion across upwards of 42 countries from initial idea to profitable realisation and on-going management.

The company manages GOCO-branded spas in Greece and the UAE, and owns the Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Southern California, the United States’ oldest and highest grossing spa. GOCO Hospitality is currently developing several GOCO Retreats in strategic spots around the world. Ingo was formerly a board member of Mandarin Oriental and earlier Corporate Director of Operations for Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. Under his guidance, Ananda in the Himalayas, the globally recognised destination spa, was established.

As Group Director of Design & Development, Josephine is responsible for overall project management and delivery of GOCO Hospitality’s Design & Technical Services from initial briefs, concept design, and technical services to site administration.

As a licensed Architect and Urban Designer, Josephine has an extensive portfolio ranging from regional city planning, mixed-use developments, residential communities to hospitality projects across Asia.

Josephine was Vice-President and Director of Design at HOK International Ltd, and during that time the team won ‘Best Urban Design Firm of the Year 2007’, ‘AIA Sustainable Urban Design Award 2007’ and many other awards. Prior to joining GOCO Hospitality, Josephine was Head of Design at IMC Octave, project managing and designing a 70-key destination wellness retreat development in Suzhou, China.

Josephine met Ingo collaborating at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel, a multiple award-winning project in Hong Kong.

Clive McNish

Corporate General Manager

Clive has over 20 years dedicated resort, wellness and spa management experience from three different continents and is as Corporate General Manager responsible for the successful operational set-up and management of GOCO Retreat's and GOCO Spa’s portfolio.

Prior to joining GOCO, Clive served for four years at Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa, a leading destination spa in Thailand. Clive led the resort in earning the highly esteemed 2014 title of “Destination Spa of the Year, Asia & Australasia” (World Spa Awards) among numerous others. Mr. McNish spent two years at the helm of The Spa at Mandarin Oriental Riviera Maya. Before moving to Mandarin Oriental, Clive was the opening Spa Director at the Four Seasons Resort Provence at Terre Blanche. He also served as opening Spa Director at Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire Spa, voted “Best UK Hotel Spa” in 2006 by Conde Nast Traveller during his tenure, and was Acting Director of Spas at the Four Seasons Resort Bali. Previously, Clive served as Health Club and Spa Manager at Chewton Glen Hotel Spa and Country Club, which, under his leadership, earned several honors including being named “Best British Hotel Spa.”

Shekhar Malkotia

Associate Director - Spa Operations

Shekhar is a spa specialist with over 16 years of spa therapy, training and management experience in luxury spa operations. At GOCO Hospitality he is responsible for the strategic leadership and operational guidance of GOCO Spas in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Before taking on his corporate assignment, Mr. Malkotia was managing The Claridges Spa in New Delhi, India for GOCO Hospitality. He draws his experience from his pre-opening, operational and renovation assignments at leading luxury and wellness properties at several Hyatt hotels throughout Asia and the Middle East and for Oberoi Hotels on the Indian subcontinent. Shekhar was opening team member at Ananda in the Himalayas which under the management of Mandarin Oriental Hotels was voted Best Destination Spa by Condé Nast.

Michael Buchinger

Associate Director - Operations

As Associate Director of Operations, Michael is singularly focused on the effective day-to-day operation and long-term success of GOCO Hospitality’s wellness properties. He brings together a diverse skill-set that includes finance, human resources, guest relations, sales & marketing and F&B. Michael has extensive hospitality experience, having managed five-star hotels, Michelin-starred restaurants, wellness hotels, hot spring resorts and health and fitness clubs across Germany, Austria and the US.

Christine Beland

Associate Director - Sales & Marketing

Christine is an accomplished Sales and Marketing professional with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry. As Associate Director - Sales and Marketing for GOCO Hospitality, she is responsible for the commercial and marketing strategy for the company’s wellness brands and consulting projects.

Prior to joining GOCO Hospitality, Christine worked for diverse luxurious leading properties throughout South East Asia and the Caribbean, including one from AccorHotels. She is results-oriented and has a proven track record of generating revenue through prospecting, customer relationship management, negotiations and sales & marketing strategies.

Fabricio Muzzio

Director - Finance

Fabricio is a highly experienced finance professional specialised in hospitality and real estate investments. Fabricio is Director of Finance for GOCO Hospitality, working to ensure financial success at both the corporate and property level. Fabricio is focused on supporting the raising of capital and related structuring work for future GOCO Hospitality investments. He also supervises the Horwath HTL Health and Wellness team in the conducting of market research and feasibility studies, and supports the company’s board in making finance and business development decisions.

Prior to joining GOCO Hospitality, Fabricio held positions at various leading hospitality and financial companies raising and directing financial capital to achieve long-term strategic results. Fabricio was Director of Investments at Brazil Hospitality Group, the largest hotel group in Brazil as well as Director of Development at Odebrecht Real Estate Development, Brazil’s largest conglomerate. Fabricio also worked in the United States for Citigroup, Ernst & Young and Westmont Hospitality Group. He holds degrees from Cornell University and the Les Roches Hotel Management School.

Hayley Feiner

Regional Director MENA - Spa Operations & Development

Hayley Feiner is a leading industry expert with 15 years of international experience. Hayley specialises in pre-openings and set-up, large volume spa operations, concept design and brand development. She has worked with top 5-star international ultra-luxury brands in the hospitality Industry, having 10 years working experience within the UAE, including three hotel openings. She is renowned for her vast expertise in the Middle Eastern market.

With her in-depth knowledge of the region, a very diversified skill set reaching from project management, spa consultancy, pre- and post-opening support as well as overall spa and wellness management solutions, Hayley has been appointed as the new Regional Director of Spa Operations and Development in the MENA area.

In her new role, she will be tasked with leading GOCO Hospitality’s regional projects in the fast-growing MENA market. She will be responsible for setting up and implementing GOCO’s business strategy in the region, developing brand pillars and wellness programmes, as well as for the overall performance of spas, including all pre-opening and expansion activities.

Rishi Bharadwaj

Spa Director - GOCO Spa Ajman

With 15 years practical spa experiences, Rishi is a dedicated hospitality professional and a passionate wellness leader. Rishi is a luxury spa manager with extensive knowledge of ayurvedic and yogic principles, and has worked with leading luxury hotel groups as both spa manager and senior yoga master. Starting his career with the world-class destination spa Ananda in the Himalayas, Rishi joined Mandarin Oriental progressing through to Spa and Wellness Manager. Prior to joining GOCO Hospitality, he worked in project management for a destination wellness facility in Pune and also worked with Sofitel, completing assignments in Marrakesh and Mumbai.

Eleni Papadopoulou

Spa Manager - GOCO Spa Daios Cove

Eleni Papdopoulou is dedicated to driving the team at GOCO Spa Daios Cove to achieve outstanding performance and guest satisfaction, along with efficient and profitable operations. Eleni is an experience spa manager, having previously worked for Six Senses Spas in both Greece and Switzerland. She has a degree from the UK in business and management, as well as significant spa management and treatment certifications.
